The present paper gives a comprehensive vision on how the United Arab Emirates are building day after day their cultural and artistic credentials: the political stability of the regime −which increases the appreciation of art−, the amazing urban infrastructure −in permanent growth−, together with education, governmental policies, the role played by the museums, the biennials, the galleries, the collectors, the auction houses and art fairs. All these factors, together, become essential for any culture trying to value both their artists −emergent or consolidated− and their artistic production.
Value of art, culture, United Arab Emirates.
